Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to hotel in the city. After check-in and a short rest, you will receive a brief introduction about the tour itinerary and important travel information.

After breakfast, a guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu will begin, offering a wonderful introduction to the city’s rich heritage. You may also take some time to organize your belongings and prepare for the next day’s exciting journey towards Lumbini. After a well-rested night and a healthy breakfast, a tour guide (in case you need one) will accompany you throughout your trip to Lumbini. Lumbini is a 8-9 hours scenic drive from Kathmandu. If you prefer flying, the nearest airport for Lumbini is Gautam Buddha International Airport at Bhairahawa which is a 30 minute flight from Kathmandu. Maya Devi Temple is a 30 minute drive from this airport. After you get to the hotel at Lumbini you can freshen up and enjoy a peaceful evening visit to Lumbini Garden.
